The Secret Garden is the most incredible florist! Their arrangements are so stunning and beautifully crafted. They are my go-to for special occasions, and always exceed my expectations. The bouquet they did for my mom for Mother’s Day used tulips from Holland! Their quality is second to none.

I’ve been ordering from Sacred Garden for at least five, maybe seven years now, and they’ve never disappointed. Always fresh — truly the freshest flowers in the city — and their arrangements have such good taste. They’ve made so many moments in my life special and helped me take care of people I love more times than I can count. Flowers always last over a week and look amazing until the very end. Just solid, consistent, and beautiful work every single time. Their flowers always last over a week, looking fresh and beautiful long after delivery. I’m genuinely obsessed with this company — hands down the best flower shop in the city.

I stopped by this flower shop and was immediately greeted by Zori, who was so kind and helpful. She guided me in the right direction and helped me pick out the most beautiful bouquet that completely made my day. The customer service was excellent, and I loved how easy it was to walk in and find gorgeous bouquets already arranged and ready to go. Such a lovely experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back. 🌸

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2022, ordering flowers from them regularly for both personal and business use, sometimes multiple times a month. Their bouquets have always been beautiful, and I’ve recommended them to many people over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was incredibly disappointing. The bouquet I received began wilting within a day and had brown spots all over the petals. When I reached out to express my concerns, I was told to simply remove the dead flowers and petals, which isn’t something anyone should have to do with a fresh arrangement. When I mentioned it was clearly a quality issue, I was only offered free delivery on my next order because my message came slightly past their 24-hour window (which fell over the weekend). After I shared my final response, I was left on seen, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. It’s upsetting to see such a lack of care toward a loyal, repeat customer. I truly loved their work, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, somewhere that values long-term customers and stands by the quality of their products. This is hands-down my favorite flower shop in Chicago! If you are looking for the most beautiful, fresh flowers, you definitely need to check them out, flower arrangements from this place are a masterpiece, unique colorful, truly work of art. My husband always surprises me with their beautiful arrangements, I am also a client myself, and I order only from them, because I know the quality will not disappoint. Also I trusted them to create my wedding bouquet for our marriage registration, and it was stunning, exactly what I wanted. I was receiving compliments on the bouquet all day😊 Definitely recommended!
